In December 2001, Rami Hahitti founded a small security company based on the principles
he learned in the Israeli Defense Forces. Security USA, a New York-based security
and bodyguard company has since grown into a one-stop-shop for all your physical
and information security needs. Whether you’re looking for shrinkage prevention,
crowd control, surveillance equipment or bodyguards we can provide a custom security
program to suit your needs. As CEO, Mr. Hahitti continues to oversee the operations
of the company with the assistance of COO David Boehm.

Security USA's executive managers and consultants are combat veterans of the Israeli
Defense Forces (IDF) and EI-AI Security. As former Israeli citizens and military
veterans, our management fully understands the threat presented by terrorism to

mitigation measures in a vibrant, open society.

Our Management
Rami Hahitti, Chief Executive Officer for Security USA, Inc. is
a veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces 35th Airborne Brigade where he served as
Sergeant in a combat platoon from 1979-1982. Rami and his unit fought in some of
the most challenging battles of the First Lebanon War.
Following his honorable discharge, Rami came to the USA where he settled in NYC
and became a successful serial entrepreneur, establishing three multimillion dollar
enterprises in 20 years in the security, logistics and textile sectors. The common
factors in Rami’s success are a keen sense of timing, delivering superior value
to the customer and sound management practices.
David A. Boehm, Chief Operating Officer for Security USA, Inc.
He has over 25 years of law enforcement and security experience. David has directed
as many as 3000 law enforcement staff during his career with the NYPD. His stellar
career started as a uniformed patrol officer. His talent was recognized by his superiors
and he was rapidly promoted to Detective Investigator, Sergeant and Lieutenant.
Dave was a member of the Organized Crime Control Bureau, Street Narcotics Enforcement
Unit and Borough Crime Unit. His many assignments included roles as Patrol Supervisor,
Uniformed Squad Commander, Platoon Commander and Operations Officer. As a police
supervisor Dave was in charge of civilians, Police Officers, Detectives and Sergeants.
Dave was recognized by the Police Department for his work against corruption and
was the recipient of numerous medals for his work both as a Police Officer and Ranking
Officer. As a result of his vast experience and training, many media outlets, such
as Fox News, Channel 4, Channel 2 and many others, contact him for appearances and
request his professional opinion on the latest security issues. As Chief Operating
Officer of Security USA, Inc., David is responsible for day-to-day operations, such
as: executive client interface, training and supervision of all patrol supervisors,
site supervisors and security officers. In the past six years, David has led Security
USA through growth by developing its corporate operations structure and the Total
Customer Satisfaction Initiative (TCSI).
Clark Pena, Director Marketing & Public Relations is a well-known
community leader with countless years of experience and knowledge in marketing and
public relations. He has detailed expertise in the Security and Law Enforcement
field and has served in NYC government under different mayors. Clark has received
many accolades and awards for his ability to bring parties together during difficult
times and for his work during the 9/11 terrorist attack.
Mr. Pena is a New York State Certified Trainer in Community Emergency Response and
is a certified member of The New York City Community Emergency Response Team. He
has attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia and
Louisiana State University where he received certifications in the Response to Weapons
of Mass Destruction. He has also attended the NYPD Academy and the NYS Municipal
Police Training Academy where he was certified in Law Enforcement Counter Terrorism
techniques.
Mr. Pena is a graduate of Boricua College in NYC where he earned his Bachelors Degree.
