Security USA is a member of Citywide Disaster Services, which offers comprehensive emergency communications services to its member through its radio programs, providing a great public safety benefit. This program allows us to be pro-active in our service to you, our clients, enabling us to react to real-time problems on a timely basis.

Citywide Disaster Services is New York’s only public safety information radio network where our managers can speak directly to public safety emergency services regarding current incidents and emergencies. Through the CDS Dispatch Center, Security USA interacts with first responders to obtain first-hand knowledge of events and conditions that affect the city and in turn, our clients. CDS interacts with Federal, State, Local, and corporate safety emergency managers to provide information on incidents throughout the New York City metropolitan area as they occur. Our membership in CDS allows us to make informed decisions, enabling us to better protect the lives and property of our clients.
